Pittkunings, artist from the region Lusatia (Lausitz) at
the border to Poland and Czech Republic, representative member
of the national minority of Sorbs (Wends). In this region,
the Sorbs are the native nation.
In concerts in Germany and in many other countries he is telling
about present-day life amidst big cultures as a part of by
and large unknown Slavonic nation. His facilitators are his
songs, folksongs, humour and fairy tales.
